MWHS GRADUATION ceremony

5/25/2018, 7:00 PM – 9:30 PM

Where

Mineral Wells High School stadium

6:30 pm Gates open Seats cannot be saved.
7:15 pm Graduates will line-up in the small gym. Wear appropriate dress as outlines. DO NOT PUT YOUR CAP & GOWN ON UNTIL YOU ARE IN THE SMALL GYM. Tassels are placed on right of cap. Personal items may be left at home or in your vehicle in case of theft.

8:00 pm Graduation CEREMONY

After the graduation ceremony, go to the small gym to receive your diploma. Tables will be set up along the wall. You will have 30 minutes form the time the ceremony is over to get you diploma, then the doors will be locked. If you fail to get back in time, you may pick up your diploma from the MWHS Office the following Monday.

STADIUM INFORMATION
Seniors will be seated facing the east side of the stadium with only west side open for seating. Parents will not be allowed on the field before, during or after the ceremony. No outside food or drink will be permitted inside the stadium.

INCLEMENT WEATHER
If there happens to be inclement weather, the ceremony will be moved to the gymnasium. Seniors will be given tickets at practice and this will be based on the number of seniors who are graduating.
